Arend Bloem started selling kayaks and canoes in his first shop location in Holland in 1983, moving into our current shop location 31 years ago. Since then, we grew from 2000m2 to 4000m2. Arjan, Arend’s son, became the owner of Kanocentrum in 2018 and a few years later Arjan’s son also joined the team, making us a multigenerational family business. Our staff is a great team who are all passionate about paddlesports. We feel this is the only possible way to give our customers the best info before they buy. As we are located next to a big lake, we offer the opportunity to test paddle kayaks and canoes to our customers. Additionally we have a rental company, which is our way to get more people enthusiastic about paddling. During the summer our shop is open 7 days a week, during the winter period we are open 5 days a week. With a deep passion for paddlesports, we are proud to work with the best brands from over the world such as Nova Craft!
